30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Hora piece. If it’s not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Email us at contact.horaparis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 24 business hours with return instructions.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (normal wear during the 30-day try-on period is acceptable)
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at contact.horaparis@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.horaparis@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or made-to-order products (monograms, custom names, custom designs)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy. To request a cancellation, email contact.horaparis@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
