1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.horaparis.com (the "Site"), operated by Hora Paris, and set out the rights and obligations of the parties when consumers purchase products through the Site.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. Hora Paris makes every effort to provide descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance do not affect the validity of the sale.

3. Pricing

Prices on the U.S. site are displayed in U.S. dollars ($). Prices are subject to change without notice; products will be charged at the rate in effect when your order is validated.

4. Orders

Customers may place orders directly on the Site. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the price, product description, and these Terms of Sale. Hora Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in case of suspected fraud or ongoing dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is processed online through secure payment methods available at checkout (credit card, PayPal, and others). Orders are processed only after payment is validated.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Hora Paris is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Personalized Products

Personalized or made-to-order products (such as monograms or custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws that apply to you as a U.S. consumer.
