Shipping Policy
At Hora Paris, we work hard to deliver your order safely and on time. Here’s what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where postal service is available.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping (if available at checkout): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $35
- Orders under $35: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
Carriers
We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your address and the shipping method selected.
Customs and Import Duties
Most U.S. orders fall below the $800 de minimis threshold and clear customs without duties or fees. If duties or taxes are applied to your order, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Information
- Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact.horaparis@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- Lost or stolen packages reported as "delivered" by the carrier must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
